Here are some answers to a few questions you may have, if you don’t see the answer to your question below, please feel free to send an email to hellofoxyclothing@gmail.com or direct message me on the Hello Foxy Group Facebook Page!

SHIPPING Flat $5.00 shipping on all orders throughout the United States! I generally ship out packages 2-3 days after an order is placed (usually 1-2 days). You can look forward to receiving your order between 3 and 4 business days. Shipping times may vary due to customer location. Hello Foxy is located in Idaho so Idaho and Utah customers usually receive their orders within 1-2 days.

I SHIP THROUGH THE USPS with tracking on all packages in the US to the address provided upon checkout.  Please double check your address before placing an order. If your address was incorrect at checkout, please notify me at once and hopefully I can correct the address in my database before shipping and ship it to the correct address.  I will include a tracking number on your emailed invoice that you can log onto the USPS website and enter that tracking number to keep track of your package!

IF YOU CHOOSE “LOCAL PICK-UP” for your shipping option, than it is your responsibility to come and pick up your item during Hello Foxy’s

PICK UP AND SHOP Hours, which are every THURSDAY FROM 10:00 am to 8:00 pm.  The address for pick up will show on your emailed invoice or you can send an email to hellofoxyclothing@gmail.com or direct message me on Facebook for my address.  Please make sure you choose the correct method of delivery at the time of check out. If you change your mind and want it shipped, then just shoot me an email ASAP and I will ship it to you instead (works the same if you want to pick up instead of shipping)!

IF A PACKAGE IS RETURNED TO HELLO FOXY due to an incorrect or insufficient address, I will contact you immediately to let you know. If I need to reship the package, I will need to charge for shipping ($5) a second time.

IF USPS STATES YOUR PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED but you can’t find it, please call your local post office and they will speak with your specific driver and check the final GPS scan to locate your package. If they incorrectly delivered your package, they are very good at retrieving it and delivering it to you. Please contact USPS within a day or two so they can locate it. If by chance your package is LOST OR STOLEN in the mail please file a claim through USPS. Hello Foxy Clothing has no liability for lost or stolen packages in the mail.

TO CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ORDER Please email Hello Foxy as soon as possible. If your package has already been shipped out, please review my exchange policy for more details.


days are every Thursday from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm.  If you ordered an item and chose free local pick up, this is the day and times to pick up that item! If you just want to stop by and shop and try on my inventory, this is the day and time to do that! WAYS TO PAY: Online there will be a PAY AT PICK UP option.  If you select that option, you can then pay with Venmo, Apple Pay, Cash or Square (credit card).  PAYPAL is available upon check out and is the preferred payment form of Hello Foxy, but I also understand that people like to pay with the above options and that is why I am more than happy to offer them! When an emailed invoice is sent out, prompt payment is always appreciated.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO PICK UP MY ITEMS? I understand that everyone has busy lives so I try to be really flexible with holding onto items.  After an item is ordered online and local pick up is selected, I will hold onto your items for 2 weeks.  This gives you 2 full Pick up and Shop days to retrieve your item(s). Beyond 2 weeks, items will be entered back into my inventory.  If an unexpected circumstance comes up, please just get in touch with me and I am more than happy to make other arrangements.

NEW INVENTORY is delivered to me almost daily!! Check the Hello Foxy Facebook page and @hellofoxyclothing Instagram for the latest items!  I will be posting videos and pictures as  often as I can, to show you how the items fit! Sometimes it’s nice to see the items on an actual person!!

PREORDER ITEMS sometimes I will state that a certain item is preorder only!  That means that it MUST BE PAID FOR IN ADVANCE.  I don’t do this a lot, but sometimes I see an item that is so amazing and I know it’s going to sell out quickly, so I will do a preorder on it to ensure getting the sizes I need for my store.
