Exchange Policy

EXCHANGE POLICY

Hello Foxy proudly stands behind the quality of our products and we want you to be happy with them too! If you are not pleased with your purchase, you can exchange unworn/unwashed items for store credit or exchange within 7 days of receiving it. All items must meet the requirements below:

  • ITEMS SHOULD BE FREE OF MARKS, MAKEUP, PERFUMES, DEODORANT, AND ANIMAL HAIR. If an item is sent back after 7 days of delivery to the customer, it will not be accepted.
  • All original tags must be attached. Please DO NOT attempt to return merchandise if it does not meet the above criteria. It will be returned to you at your cost.
  • Swim plastic lining MUST be on swim bottoms to be eligible for store credit/exchange. We will not accept any bottoms that don’t have the lining intact.
  • Please email hellofoxyclothing@gmail.com BEFORE shipping/ bringing your item(s) and state the reason for return and if the items will be shipped to Hello Foxy or returned at the “Pick Up and Shop” hours, which are every Thursday from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm. Please include in the email if you would like to receive store credit or exchange for a different item or size (if available). Hello Foxy will refuse any packages sent/brought without prior contact. Once item(s) is/are received, your exchange/store credit will be processed within 2-3 business days.
  • Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs on exchanges.
  • Hello Foxy Clothing is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local post office with questions regarding shipment tracking.
  • We strongly recommend keeping your tracking number for packages that are being returned to HFC. We are not responsible for lost packages.
  • If an item is damaged upon arrival, please let us know within 5 days. Items cannot be washed or worn when claimed as damaged. After 5 days,Hello Foxy can no longer be responsible. Hello Foxy will cover the cost of USPS First Class return shipping in the event of a wrong item or a damaged item being received.
  • ALL SALE AND LAST CHANCE ITMES ARE FINAL SALE. NO EXCEPTIONS
  • SHOE RETURNS: Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box and placed inside an additional protective shipping box. Damage to the shoe box will make the shoes ineligible for a return and will be marked “return to sender”. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

$5 Flat Shipping Fee – Currently shipping anywhere in the United States

Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days after placing the order, and generally take 3 -4 business days to arrive. All packages are shipped through USPS.
